qwalify.in (“qwalify,” “we,” “us”) builds AI voice agents that call website leads on behalf of our clients. This policy covers two things: the personal data we collect through this website (including the “Test it now” demo call form), and, at a high level, how we handle data while operating the calling service for clients. If you’re a client evaluating how we’d process your own customers’ data, see also our Data Processing Addendum.
Information we collect
When you submit the demo form on this site, we collect:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- A property or service address, and the service you selected
- Anything you type in the optional “what should Ava know” field
- Technical metadata: the page you submitted from, timestamp, and standard request information (like IP address) needed to prevent abuse of the form
If you request or receive a call, we also collect call data: the call recording, an automated transcript, and an AI-generated summary, sentiment, and outcome of the call.
AI calls and recording — please read this
The phone call triggered by this form is placed and conducted by an AI voice agent, not a human. By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive one call to the number you provided, and to that call being recorded, transcribed, and analyzed as described above. If asked directly on the call, our agent will always confirm it is an AI — it will never claim to be human.
How we use this information
- To place the call you requested and follow up if it goes unanswered
- To qualify the inquiry and, if relevant, book a meeting on our team’s calendar
- To operate, monitor, and improve the reliability of our calling system
- To respond to inquiries sent to our contact email
- To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations
Who we share it with
We use the following providers to operate the calling pipeline described above. Each processes the minimum data needed to perform its part and is bound by its own terms and security practices:
- Retell AI — powers the AI voice agent, places and analyzes the call
- A telephony carrier — connects the outbound call to your phone number
- Airtable — stores lead records and call outcomes
- Google Calendar — used to check availability and book meetings
- Vercel — hosts this website
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data retention
We keep lead and call records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations — generally no longer than 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law or an active client relationship. You can ask us to delete your data sooner; see below.
Your rights
Depending on where you’re located, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. We honor these rights for all visitors, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, on a best-efforts basis, frameworks like the GDPR and CCPA for visitors from those regions. To exercise any of these, email mustafa@qwalify.in.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — encrypted connections, access controls, and limited retention — to protect the data we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.
International data transfers
Some of the providers listed above may process or store data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on those providers’ own safeguards and contractual commitments to protect your information.
Children
This site and service are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
