These terms govern your use of the qwalify.in website, including the “Test it now” demo call feature. By using this site or submitting the form, you agree to them. If you’re a client engaging qwalify.in to run calling on your own leads, that relationship is governed by your separate service agreement with us — these terms only cover the website itself.
What the service is
qwalify.in builds AI voice agents that call website leads within seconds of a form submission, qualify them, and book meetings. The demo form on this site places a real, live phone call to the number you enter, using our AI voice agent, so you can experience what your own leads would get. It is for evaluation purposes, not a transaction or booking of any paid service by itself.
Eligibility and consent
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this site.
- You must enter your own phone number, or a number you have permission to have called — not someone else’s number without their consent.
- Submitting the form with the consent checkbox ticked authorizes us to place one call to that number, which may be recorded. Standard messaging/call rates from your carrier may apply.
- Information you submit should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit the demo form repeatedly, with false information, or to harass or burden a phone number
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the AI agent or underlying systems
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
We may block or rate-limit use of the form to prevent abuse.
Intellectual property
The qwalify name and mark, the site’s design, and the underlying technology are owned by qwalify.in. Nothing in these terms grants you any license beyond ordinary use of the site.
No warranty
This site and the demo call are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the demo call will always be available, connect instantly, or behave identically every time — it depends on third-party telephony and AI infrastructure outside our direct control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, qwalify.in is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the demo call. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in connection with the service giving rise to the claim.
Third-party services
Delivering the demo call relies on third-party providers — including our AI voice platform, a telephony carrier, and our hosting provider. We aren’t responsible for outages, errors, or limitations caused by those providers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
